Activating flexibility

You've learned to manage sites and resources. Now, it's time to activate flexibility and benefit everyone involved.

Activating flexibility is a three-step process:

1. Reporting a baseline for a site, or a resource
2. Reporting possible deviations from this baseline using a bid
3. Activating flexibility when a bid is accepted.

In the next sections, we'll explain how to approach these steps.
